Your project’s timeline will depend on a number of factors, like how many videos you’re creating, your video length and complexity, and how quickly your team can provide feedback throughout the process. Generally speaking, a typical production can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to complete. We can often accommodate rush turnarounds, so make sure to share any deadlines with our team so we can create an appropriate timeline.

For clients located outside of Washington D.C. area, our all-inclusive pricing includes a travel fee, ensuring that you receive the same professional service and captivating imagery at your preferred location. No matter where you are, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and showcasing your unique identity with our signature style and expertise.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM/EST. Please be aware that we are closed during the weekends and national holidays.

At our studio, we offer a variety of backdrops to suit your needs, including multiple color options. We also have a Cyc Wall, which can be customized to any color you desire, giving you the flexibility to create the perfect setting for your shoot. Whether you're looking for classic, vibrant, or neutral tones, we have the right backdrop to match your vision.

Yes, we offer makeup services for all our photo sessions. This optional service comes at an additional fee to enhance your appearance and ensure you look your absolute best during your photo shoot.

After you've made the deposit and our process has commenced, you have until the conclusion of your second brand clarity session to request a full refund. Once we move beyond that stage, you can either apply half of your deposit towards a credit for one of our image development services or choose to forfeit that amount.

Clients retain 100% usage rights to all original photos taken during their session. There are no hidden fees, and you are not required to license or credit us for your photos.
